Pilates helps restore posture by increasing core and trunk strength, building muscle tone,
improving flexibility, balance and better breathing.
This mixed-level class, focusing on neutral-spine postures, is led by a physical therapist trained in Pilates.
Movements are slow and focused, making these exercises great for those with arthritis, back pain, osteoporosis,
or chronic injuries. All are welcome, from the very beginning student, older adults and seniors,
post-rehabilitation patients, to those with Pilates experience.
